Telehealth Visits

Skip crowded waiting rooms and long commutes. Mediwell delivers secure telehealth visits wherever you have an internet or cellular connection. Select virtual urgent care for new symptoms or choose an online primary care appointment for ongoing conditions.

Telehealth services include:

Urgent Care: non emergency issues such as colds, flu, COVID 19, conjunctivitis, sore throat, sinus infection, allergies, rashes, eczema, urinary tract infections and other minor illnesses. Upload photos in your portal when visuals help.
Primary Care: hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders, asthma, cholesterol management, and other chronic conditions. We coordinate labs, prescriptions, and follow up online.

Primary Care Online

Mediwell primary care includes preventive care, wellness exams, lifestyle counseling, medication reconciliation, and prescription refills. Our online primary care model supports chronic disease management, screening reminders, and coordination with local clinics when in person tests are needed.

Wellness Exams
We review blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index, and age based preventive screening schedules. When in person labs or imaging are required we help arrange them near you.

Immunizations
We remind patients of age appropriate vaccines and refer to local clinics or pharmacies for administration.

Medication Management
Your provider reviews medications, checks for interactions, orders refills electronically, and tracks lab monitoring when needed for safety.

Counseling and Lifestyle Support
Smoking cessation, nutrition, sexual health, exercise planning, and weight management coaching are available through virtual follow up programs.

Weight Management and Metabolic Support

Schedule a telehealth weight management visit to review medical history, body mass index, labs, and coverage for prescription therapy. We combine medication options with nutrition and activity coaching for long term results. Ozempic is FDA approved for diabetes treatment and may support weight loss; your provider will discuss on label and off label uses when appropriate.

Women’s Health Telehealth Services

Mediwell women’s telehealth visits address menstrual concerns, contraception counseling, screening guidance, pregnancy questions, and follow up for common infections with lab coordination.

Menstruation
Irregular cycles, heavy bleeding, and painful cramping can have many causes. Schedule a visit to review symptoms and medications. We arrange local imaging or specialist referral when needed.

Birth Control
Discuss oral pills, patch, ring, injection, or long acting methods. We coordinate in person placement and refill management as appropriate. Pregnancy, urinary tract, and sexually transmitted infection testing can be ordered at local labs.

Reproductive and Sexual Health
Telehealth visits help you interpret results from Pap smears, HPV testing, pelvic exams, breast exams, and lab work. Treatment plans and follow up are reviewed online.

Screening for Osteoporosis
Bone density (DEXA) scanning is recommended for many adults 65 and older and for younger patients with risk factors. We review timing, nutrition for bone health, weight bearing exercise guidelines, and referral to imaging centers.

Men’s Health Telehealth Services

Mediwell men’s telehealth visits address prostate screening, sexual health, and preventive care.

Prostate Health
Report frequent urination, weak flow, incomplete emptying, pain or burning during urination, or blood in urine or semen. We can order PSA testing and refer to urology when indicated.

Sexual Health
Telehealth consultations for sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment, and evaluation for erectile dysfunction. Prescriptions are provided when medically appropriate following evaluation.

Testicular Health
Know the signs of testicular changes. If you notice a painless lump, heaviness, lower abdominal pain, or blood in urine, schedule a visit. We will guide next diagnostic steps.
