Janet Heron APRN
Janet Heron is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 13 years of clinical experience across urgent care and primary care settings. She treats acute concerns such as colds, flu, COVID 19, allergies, conjunctivitis, pharyngitis, rashes, and urinary tract infections, along with chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disease, high cholesterol, and obesity. She has also supported patients with selected psychiatric conditions, women’s health needs, and dermatologic concerns. Janet created Mediwell to extend telehealth access to people who face transportation barriers, mobility limitations, demanding work schedules, or limited local care options. Her vision is convenient, accessible, affordable online care that helps prevent avoidable hospital visits and supports healthier communities.
